A reasonable hotel, good value for money, but not a 4*
The room was spacious and clean. We had two large single beds and it was quiet. The breakfast was included in the price and it was great looking out from the 8th floor while having a glass of orange juice and some nice toast. The bar was OK, but it was a bit of a rip off having to pay for a few peanuts. The price is OK considering the location and it's great having a metro stop out side.
The room was somewhat dated and it did not have a USB socket The shower was in the bath and it was very claustrophobic. There were no tissues in the room. No bottled water, and considering it is a 4* hotel there were no tea and coffee making facilities In total, the hotel was OK, but the lack of amenities does not reflect a 4* hotel

Very Good
We only stayed for a night, but the location was perfect to explore Porto's downtown. We also had to leave really early to the airport, but the Black Tulip's team was kind enough to prepare 2x breakfast packages :)
